About Cristin
I am a program manager and leader working in cancer drug development for a pharmaceutical company. As a seasoned hiring manager, I can share my experience of having reviewed hundreds of applications and hired (and managed) team members globally. Additionally, I will share lessons learned as a job seeker, including tactics gained through working with career and executive coaches.
I am a go-to for career conversations – I love helping friends, colleagues and my community plot their next steps, take a leap, manage sticky situations, achieve career advancement and maneuver through pivots. My passion is supporting women in the sectors that I have worked – global health, academic medicine and research, and drug development. Throughout my career, I have had to bet on myself and am eager to help you do the same.
